May 26 @ 11:00 am - October 29 @ 2:00 pm
Starting May 26, public cruises are back at Trinity Cruises! Located at Riverfront Green Park, you get to choose from three different cruises. For more information, visit the Trinity Cruises website.
• Public Sightseeing Cruises
The Sightseeing Cruise is the best way to experience the Hudson Highlands. The tour heads north from Peekskill to the West Point area and returns. Captain’s commentary will entertain you along the way. Bring along a picnic lunch if you’d like, or enjoy one of the great restaurants in Peekskill when we dock. Metro-North Getaway Package is available here. The cruise departs at 11 a.m. most Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and lasts between 2.5 and 3 hours. Cost is $28 for adults, $24 for seniors and $18 for children.
• Summer 1-Hour Boat Rides
The 1-Hour Boat Ride is a short sightseeing cruise that is perfect for families with small children. The trip from Peekskill to the Bear Mountain Bridge will entertain the youngest to our oldest passengers who are looking for a short getaway. Highlights include Iona Island, the Bear Mountain Bridge and the peak of Anthony’s Nose with short commentary by the Captain or crew. The cruise departs at 3 p.m. most Fridays and Saturdays during the summer. Cost is $12 for adults and $6 for children.
• Public Sunset Cruises
The evenings on the Hudson River are serene, especially when experienced from the deck of the Evening Star on our Sunset Cruise. Relax as we cruise north beyond the Bear Mountain Bridge to Mystery Point and return as the sun slips behind the mountains. Soft music is played with no commentary on this cruise. The 90-minute evening cruise departs most Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Times vary with the time of sunset, so be sure to check out the Trinity website for times. Cost is $22 for adults, $20 for seniors and $14 for children.
